I kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service, as this time was reserved specifically for you and could have been booked by another client. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total. I understand that life happens and truly appreciate your respect for my time and small business.
